사용 중 불편한 점, 오류, 제안은 이메일로 보내 주세요. 보통 영업일 기준 3일 안에 답장을 드립니다.

앱 안에서는 더보기 > 문의하기로 바로 보낼 수 있습니다. 기기 종류와 앱 버전(더보기 > 버전)을 함께 적어 주시면 빨리 확인할 수 있습니다.

노트는 어디에 저장되나요? 사진과 노트는 기본적으로 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워지니, 옮기고 싶은 노트는 먼저 파일로 공유해 보관하세요.
친구에게 노트를 보내려면? 노트의 공유를 눌러 파일(.garimnote)로 보내고, 받는 쪽은 그 파일을 가림노트로 열거나 더보기 > 파일에서 노트 가져오기를 누르면 됩니다.
복습 알림이 오지 않아요. 더보기 > 복습 알림을 켜고, 기기 설정에서 가림노트의 알림이 허용돼 있는지 확인해 주세요. 복습할 노트가 없는 날에는 알림이 울리지 않습니다.

In the app, go to More > Contact us. Please include your device model and the app version (More > Version).

Where are my notes stored? Photos and notes are stored on your device by default. Uninstalling the app removes them, so share any note you want to keep as a file first.
How do I send a note to a friend? Tap share on a note to send it as a file (.garimnote). The recipient opens the file with Mask Note, or uses More > Import note from file.
I don't get review reminders. Turn on More > Review reminders and check that notifications are allowed for Mask Note in your device settings. No reminder is sent on days with nothing to review.
