Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the service provided by Mask Note (the "App"), and the rights and obligations of users and the App provider.

Article 2 (Service)

1. The App provides the following features.

• Making image occlusion study notes by placing masks over a photo
• Reveal study, where you remove masks in study mode to check the answer
• Zooming and panning photos, and masking text you select using on-device text recognition
• Turning several photos into notes in the same folder
• A review plan that fits your exam date and daily goal
• Keeping the notes you make on your device
• Sending a note to someone as a file (.garimnote) and importing note files you receive

2. The study tools in the App are aids for memorization and are for reference only. They do not guarantee study results.

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

1. The App provider is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App.

2. You are responsible for the rights, such as copyright and portrait rights, in the images you add.

Article 4 (Changes and Discontinuation of Service)

The App provider may change or discontinue the service without prior notice.

Article 5 (Changes to the Terms)

If these Terms change, we will give notice through an App update.
